Other than blowing the department's budget on hookers and blow, what are some changes you would make?
I'm talking outside the fundraising program which I believe we pretty much all agree is the primary job of the new AD.
What are some quick fixes that would make an impact?
Here are a few I thought of:
1. Outsource the ticket office for football (possibly other sports as well) to a ticket brokerage marketing company.
2. Provide deep discounts on tickets to students, faculty and employees at other CU campuses. Run buses from those campuses to CU home football games.
3. Create a special student ticket section in the seats closest to the field for football games based on joining the club, learning the cheers, wearing the t-shirts and showing up early for the games. (Utah does this and it's very effective.)
