Is there something going on this weekend?

Hey guys, I'm trying to buy tickets for my first Buffs game and prices still seem unreasonably high--in the $40-50 range for even the cheapest ticket. Considering the fact that Folsom rarely sells out is there a reason tickets would still be so high on the exchanges this week? I know the weather was bad, but at this point in the week, I was seeing Washington tickets listed for ~$25. Is there another way to get cheap tickets aside from trying to scalp outside the stadium after kickoff?

It's family weekend and the game time is much more reasonable than the Washington game. Also, the weather is supposed to be awesome so tickets are going to he higher than the washington game.

Family Weekend. Good game time. Great weather. Winning record. Decent chance at a win. Last year. Only two home games left after this one.

Lots of factors.

Its Parent's Weekend so tickets will probably remain high until kickoff - especially since the weather is going to be beautiful.

Still weird. Normally even for a game that is supposed to be a packed house you can get tix in the upper south stands for just a few $. It is always empty down there.
