The way Belichick works I would be surprised is Nate isn't starting next year. He does everything including the draft with a purpose, unless somebody doesn't work out he tends to put the plan into action sooner than later.
Nate has gotten some significant time this season due to injuries and has done very well. I would also imagine that Belichick has something in mind using Nates athleticism at tackle, probably gets put in next off-season then gets used until somebody figures out how to stop it without giving up to much other stuff.
