Bummer. Jeff seems to have all the physical skills to be a big time WR and possibly play at the next level. I was excited to see him play this year. He might be one of those guys who the light goes on late for. Fingers crossed that is the case and he becomes a player for us next year. If PRich goes to the league, we could use a guy like Jeff next year.
