Funny, he's from the NW, Montana HS, E. Washington U, OC at Montana St.;then to Louisville and Michigan St. then with a Cali bent :the Raiders and Fresno St, before that well-known "Johnny Reb" coach Saban hired him. Sounds "country hick" to me, rather than Southern.

All I know is he called on his boosters, in whatever drawl, to come on down to Denver to watch his Lammies "kick the sh*t of the the Buffs..."

McElwain is beginning to sound like Hawkins. Did you guys see his presser and how he will select the starting QB? "You know, here is what I'm actually toying with. My huntin' dog, Clairabelle, a 4 1/2 pound Yorkiepooh. I've been thinkin' 'bout puttin' 3 balls with numbers on it. Throwin' it out in the back yard and whatever she comes back with, it's instinct man (he holds two thumbsup). She's got great instincts." Then he laughs at his own joke.

Yes, he is a goober.
 
Obviously you guys have missed seeing McElwain's new look. Much like when Hawkins traded in the bowl cut for over-gelled coolness, McElwain has gotten his freak on with a goatee to show what a badass he is.

I think I gave him money and a granola bar at Alameda and I-25.
 
If this game ever becomes relevant again with both Coach Mac's still at the helm I think it will be quite easy to hate the lesser mac, even moreso than coach trashmouth lubejob (who I somewhat respected).

I can see why they need a new stadium. Are they playing in Stutler Bowl?
 
McElwhine is probably already having his agent scour the nation for a job. CSewe is just a place where he can say "Hey, I have been a DI HC". I look for him to warm up the UHaul this offseason...if he can.

So who does he pick when Clairabelle digs a hole for one ball, leaks on the second, sh*ts on the third and then comes in to hump his leg?
