Everyone is going to miss training camp, so it's not really a big deal. Also, the new CBA, when it happens, is going to have a very structured rookie salary scale. There won't be the same holdout issues with rookies because their salaries are going to be determined on the scale based on where they go in the draft. So, I expect once the new CBA is done, all the rookies will be signed to contracts almost immediately.
