JoJo Domann chose Huskers because they are "Big Time Football"

This article is infuriating to me and makes me wonder what metrics JoJo used as determining Big Time football? Nebraska was Big Time in 1997, not in 2016 when JoJo committed. I wish him luck this weekend, and hope his knees stay healthy from here on out for the rest of his career. Living in Lincoln, Nebraska is not the Big-Time, trust me!

Fake news. He went there because he could get on the field. No other reason.

Not hard to understand.

Domann was friends in HS with Eric Lee who also went to Nebraska. Lee's dad spent a lot of time around the program and the players and is a fusker 100% after going to school there. That whole bunch got a constant flow of red polyester propaganda their whole time in HS.

So far Domann, Lee, and Anderson haven't done a lot in fuskerland. Nebraska in recent years has had a lot of recruits who haven't lived up to their recruiting rankings which explains their team performance on the field being much less than average, certainly not close to "royalty."

And they showed him wearing the gold shirts...coincidence? I think not.

This reminds me of the stupid **** that they would print in the small town local papers around here. “Big city girl moves to North Platte and is loving small town life.” Totally ridiculous garbage where they try to convince themselves that living in rural Nebraska doesn’t suck and that people actually love it. More cultlike garbage.

We had a UNL student who doesn’t follow us retweet this. I assumed because she wanted others to talk trash, so I was expecting to get a bunch of annoying mentions from Nebraska fans posting the series record and everything.

Instead, there have been two additional UNL students who liked the tweet. Even they know how awful that city is.

So, since he started playing in 2016, NU has the following compared to CU
  • 1 less conference win
  • 2 less overall wins
  • 1 less division title and participation in 1 less participation in a CCG
You missed the boat and chance to play more big time football, JoJo. Sorry, man!

I was listening to the local talk radio station KFAB this morning and Jim Rose, their “famed” sports guy had sound bytes from an interview with “J.J.” I felt sorry for the kid. Way to be a useful idiot. Fusker fans are so insecure. Next up on his “Rosey did ya knowsey” he will talk about the “ravings of Bill McCartney.”

after yesterday's practice he said it again. he "went to nu so he could win championships and play big time ball" - such an idot.
