Mono can knock someone out for several weeks. We need the staff to locate whichever groupie gave him mono and have her quarantined.
Thought the same thing actually but never went back to look. It was after Kinney missed the fg and was on the bike. Graham definitely gave him something but couldn't tell what it was
Kicker groupies aren't likely to affect the rest of the team. Just tell the rest of the kickers to stay away.

This. I actually asked about Kinney kicking fgs as a possibility awhile back but he has a hard enough time with punting consistently right now. Probably not the best idea to add to that.
We need to save a scholly for a kicker and recruit a great one. Boulder should be a dream for a HS kicker with a strong leg.
Kinney's kick actually looked really good initially, and appeared to be drawing in nicely, then all of a sudden it started cutting to the right. Almost looked like it was getting blown by the wind, but I don't think there was any wind.
They said it was like a 5mph wind before the game, Idk if it changed after? Most likely it's just because hasn't been kicking in awhile.
She would be terrible...

Give Graham some credit after blowing a couple---he showed some grit in coming in and nailing that last one. His KO that was ruled OB was a sucky call by the ref. The KO was clearly well into the end zone, though OB.. Ninety nine times out 100 that's called a touchback.
Besides, you're not going to find any kid who can kick well, this late in the season. Such a kid would have appeared by now.

Wandering back, I wonder if he wasn't affected by an oncoming illness vs. Az St.? He was money until that game and oddly never reappeared after the missed FG. .

I think it is a reasonable acknowledgement to say special teams are the one glaring weakness on this team. Big mistakes in multiple games.
And if/when he goes down (like Diego) we don't have an adequate backup. I like Price, but we can't rely on just walk-ons for filling such an important position.
