Just watched the targeting play again earlier evening, was a terrible call. Made even worse when later in the game the ASU guy led with his helmet straight into KDs head and they reversed the ruling.

Have no explanation for PAC12 officiating other than they have an affirmative action program to hire visually impaired officials.
