Long time Buffs fan in Columbus Ohio

I have been a Buffaloes fan since I was probably around 8 years old. I’ve lived in Columbus for about 35 years. I’m 50 now and I’m still in kind of a daze from all of this. Everyone at work knows I’m a Colorado fan but not one person has talked to me about them until coach Sanders was hired. It’s almost non stop now. Quite refreshing and kind of annoying also. I’ve never had the chance to see a game in person but I’ve never wavered. Hopefully this will be the year.

For whatever reason, there are some folks that like to see the Buffs fail. Since CU left the Big 12, I notice that many Big 12 fans want CU to fail and even move to the MWC. I live in Texas and see this first hand. Don’t let these haters drag you down. Also, you’re missing out if you never attended a game.

**** you.
