It's a late Saturday matinee as the Buffs (18-5, 7-3) face off against a Stanford team (16-6, 5-4) that I'm sure will be extra hungry after a 64-56 loss Thursday in Salt Lake City. CU had better bring at least as much energy/ intensity.

they have great D stats. 1st in % against 3s, 2nd for FGs. Obviously Tad takes great pride in our defense. This could be a great game.

Just like -17 was way too high for the Cal game. We didn’t play good against Cal, but I was thinking we’d win by 10-12 going into that one while the game was never really in doubt.
 
Beautiful day, snow on the mountains and grass, crowd should be big, and a bunch of buzz about rumors of a certain football coach. On that front, best thing would be to see him sitting courtside cheering.
As for Tad's troops.....pass with a purpose, move without the ball, intense on defense, crash boards.

That's awesome! Except for one catch: I've got two season tix. My son and I go. Occasionally, wife likes to tag along. Last night she told me to get a ticket for her, to which I replied "Yea, I'll do it in the morning. No rush, they never sell out."

Now I gotta go pay some jackhole on StubHub a bunch of dough for a marked up ticket to save face. Good problem to have though! #RollTad
 
Should be a good year financially for MBB especially when you throw in the beer sales. Glad to hear that we got the first sellout of the year. If we can keep on winning hopefully sellouts for the final two home games as well.
 
While waiting, the 1st XFL game is on fox. Nelson Spruce playing, Drew Lewis on Houston team. After a TD: 1 pt try from the 2, or, 2 pt try from the 5, or, 3 pt try from the 10
 
Buffs playing very sloppy. Stanford style of play initiates it but Buffs just not sharp. Lots of shots and passes that are not the quality that they want.
