CSU hasn't put up single game tickets on sale for this game yet. I believe all the single game tickets sold so far were through the CU box office.
You can buy 3 game mini plan tickets that also includes San Jose State and UNC starting at $205 rn. I don't think they're be any secondary market for those other games though, so you're probably paying that price for a CU ticket.
Four together is harder, but if you're OK splitting into two pairs for the CU game, I think ITS 80% likely you'll find tickets below face value the week before the game.
