MacIntyre´s SJSU QB touted as first round pick in 2014

That is a loaded group of players.

Worth noting that a QB MacIntyre went after in the 2011 class, Cody Fajardo, is tearing it up at Nevada and figures to be one of the top QBs out west this season.
 
Kinda makes you wonder if we should be more bummed about losing Fishback to Petrino. Didn't MacIntyre get Fales to SJSU in pretty much the same way?
 
If Matt Barkley is projected as a 4th rounder, I doubt Fales is a first rounder, unless a team like the Bills pick him in the first round.
 
Worthless article, this is why I don't bother reading those ranking sites for draft grades. Will not surprise me if he is a 4th or 5th round pick.
 
Any opinionated article by a journalist that has no coaching or scouting background is worthless. Basically all written articles today is worthless. Faux news is the death of TV news.

So your saying that Clowney, Watkins, Bridgewater, Lee, Manziel, etc. aren't top NFL draft prospects?
 
It looks like a lot of great players in next year's draft. You could finish the season as one of the better teams and still get what would have been a top 10 pick this year.

I am not a scout or a coach, not my place to give a grade on a player.

But I will say

Manziel- size, not the pure pocket passer is a concern to me.

Bridgewater- lack of accuracy, also not the pure pocket passer is a concern.

Gonna be interesting to see who tanks it to get Clowney next year, really good draft next year.

I like that an USA Today article about draft prospects somehow turns into a rant about Fox News and all articles are worthless from bigbang. This is what allbuffs is all about.
 
There's no way that Clowney isn't the top pick in the NFL Draft next year. This isn't the first time I have seen an article say that Fales is a potential first rounder.
