Me thinks atm will be gnashing their teeth over this. I realize there is a difference between "knowing & proving" that he potentially signed up to 4,400 memorabilia autographs, but one does not organize these things without the intention of making big $$$. Linky 4 U

Agreed, but it is obvious that he hasn't made any attempt to stop the sale of any product that bears his likeness if he's signing them at the same time.

Almost every college superstar signs autographs that other people sell. Maybe not on the scale Manziel has, but they do it. This case may end up being the nail in the coffin for the NCAA. They can't punish him and not others and with the scale involved here in terms of amount of players, I don't think the NCAA can afford to punish him.
