CHANDLER, Ariz. — The University of Colorado men's golf team opened strong but had its issues later in the day Monday as the second round of the Wyoming Cowboy Classic was suspended due to darkness. Most players had either one or two holes remaining when play was called; San Diego State, ranked 72nd, held a nine-stroke lead at 24-under par, with its five players having a combined nine holes left to play. Long Beach State was in second at 15-under, with a collective eight holes remaining.
