link. it's getting updated to be more UM friendly.
I love this survey.
- based on comments on this board, Texas is the right answer for Colorado, not Nebraska
- Utah and Idaho hate BYU -- isn't "hate" a sin? maybe not, I've never been clear on that...
- why does Wyoming hate BYU?
- "North America" hates Clemson the most!?!?!? really? I mean, damn, unless you're a USC-East fan, what's that all about? I've been to the campus on three occasions, sat with Clemson fans while they beat down my Hokies in the ACCCG, and nevertheless haven't found anything to hate them for.
- i'd be interested to see how the South Carolina voting broke down: did USC alums split their vote between 'Bama, Clemson, Auburn and Georgia, thus putting themselves as #1 in the state?
- Florida's probably deserving of hate, not sure why it's centered in Rhode Island
- "Canada" hates OHowIhateOhioSTATE the most. I guess that's the rest of the B1G alumni ex-pats voting
- The UVA, Maryland and WVU grads in Washington, DC hate VT
side-bar, pedantic discussion. what does "hate" mean at a personal level? to me, if I
hate someone, it means more than wanting them to lose. It means that I want bad things to happen to them. It means that if their players get injured, I'm happy (ok, not literally -- I don't honestly want to see
any player get hurt). If they got put on suspension, I cheer. When I see a random stranger wearing their apparel, I assume they're a sh***y human being with low moral character. The list of schools I hate is [STRIKE]pretty small[/STRIKE] Miami and Ohio State.
