Mr. Big Shot to ESPN

Looking forward to that. He'll bring insight and wisdom to ESPN's NBA stuff that has been sorely lacking.

Interesting he took this route rather than a front office gig (or a CU assistant job for 75k:lol:). I look forward to watching him

This is the best thing possible for CU hoops. He'll be on TV a lot, and will become a recognized expert on basketball. The fact that he played for something like 8 different teams in the NBA means he'll be forever associated with CU basketball.

This is good. Very good.

The mindboggling thing is that they actually do have some damn great minds at ESPN. And instead they shove Jon Barry down our throat constantly.

Jon Barry is ESPN's NBA answer to the Sean Salisbury years of its NFL coverage.

Hopefully, ESPN will allow Chauncy to actually analyze the game.

They probably will as long as he adds in tidbits about Lebron, Kobe/Lakers, and Melo/Knicks at every opportunity (and even sometimes when the opportunity isn't even there).
