My latest email to Mike Bohn

I have had the opportunity to correspond via email with Mike Bohn on a few occasions this season (i.e. I write to him and he does actually respond with something to me). No guarantees I will get a response but I will let AB know if/when I do:

Well, unfortunately the WSU game was just a blip in a miserable season that has put our beloved university and team on the national map as the worst BCS team this year, and arguably one of the worst in history.

I am encouraged by your words about changes forthcoming. However, I am concerned that your hands may be tied or that there is not the political will to make the changes that actually need to happen. Switching out the OC and DCs (perhaps by demoting them both to position coaches for now) while maintaining Embree at the top is going to be obvious to everyone as a band-aid solution.


Please seriously consider replacing the HC. I think Buff nation would come to your support (morally and financially) if you announced that JE and co will be replaced at the end of the season and that you have initiated a new search for a proven HC to lead us back to the promised land.


If for one reason or another you are not able to commit to replacing Embree at the end of this season than I hope that you do not implement a band-aid solution that will be hard to undo when we are surely going to be on the market for a new HC.

The thing is his prior email responses to my concerns this year were actually personalized. I think either he can't say anything more or he is just tired of responding to thousands of hate emails. I try to be more constructive in my emails because I don't think irate and irrational emails are productive.
