Let's hear 'em. Conference predictions, CFP predictions, Heisman predictions, or any other hot takes.

I am predicting the Pac 12 ends it's drought and finally gets a team in the playoff and that team is Oregon.

My dark horse CFP candidate and B1G Champion choice is Wisconsin

Conference Champions:

SEC: Georgia
Pac 12: Oregon
Big 12: Oklahoma
ACC: Clemson
B1G: Wisconsin

CFP (No order): Georgia, Oregon, OU, Clemson

not many bold picks from me here

SEC: Alabama
Pac 12: Oregon
B1G: OSU
ACC: Clemson
XII: Oklahoma

CFP: Alabama, Georgia, Oklahoma, OSU

SEC: bama
ACC: clemson
Big 12: oklahoma
Pac-12: Utah
Big 10: Iowa

playoff: bama over oklahoma, Clemson over Utah.

I don’t even want to predict the championship because that is a depressing ass result….. again

Picking against Alabama, Ohio St, Clemson, or Oklahoma seems kind of silly. College football has gotten a little stale.
Feldman was actually pretty down on Ohio state making the playoff this year. New qb and they lost a lot of talent on defense. To go along with that Iowa and Wisconsin are going to be legit teams from the west so they can’t just coast in the championship game.

like I said last week too, if clemson loses to Georgia they are one bad Saturday away from missing the playoff.

Bama lose a game prior to SECCG?

Neither out of CFP with loss but Game means more to Clemson than UGA in overall playoff race IMO.

Of course not, that’s why I said if they lose they are one bad game away from being out. That conference is garbage though so probably won’t happen. I would put higher odds on bama and Georgia making the playoff than Clemson losing to an ACC team.

I am agreeing with you.

ACC: Miami
Big Ten: Wisconsin
Big 12: Oklahoma
Pac-12: Oregon
SEC: Georgia

Playoff: Georgia, Oklahoma, Wisconsin, Bama

I think Miami makes a big run late as King rounds into form. Pac-12 does not get a playoff team, but has three in NY6 bowls. Iowa, Utah, and NC State all outperform preseason expectations in a big way.

If Ohio state, Clemson and bama don’t make the playoff and the pac 12 is still left out…..

Couple of smart football guys here, but I’m just not getting the Utah love. I must be missing something.

Conference Champions:

SEC: Texas A&M (because f**k Nick Saban)
Pac 12: Utah (because they have talent and Whittingham can flat out coach)
Big 12: Iowa State (because f**k Spencer Rattler)
ACC: North Carolina (because Sam Howell will go off or fall flat on his face and I'm here for either)
B1G: Wisconsin (because defense wins championships and no OSU on the schedule)

CFP: Despite not winning their conferences the powers that be still select Alabama, OU, Clemson, Ohio State because the whole thing is rigged.

PEACE OUT.

SEC: Georgia
ACC: Miami
Big 12: Oklahoma
Pac-12: Oregon
Big 10: Ohio State

Playoff: Georgia, Alabama, Oregon, Oklahoma. Oklahoma over Georgia in the title game.

Clemson lost everyone and everything. Not sure how they rebound so quickly from that especially with Georgia right out the gate. Think Oklahoma is primed to win it all. Their O and D is the best they've had under Riley. I am not sure what to think of the Big 10 this year as it is wide open so just went with the OSU until proven otherwise. Think the Pac 12 gets back in this year as they are a very deep conference. Could go either way with Oregon or Utah. Let's do this!

SEC: Alabama
ACC: North Carolina
Big 12: Texas
Pac-12: Colorado
Big 10: Ohio State

Playoff: Alabama, Texas, Ohio State, North Carolina

They got stronger in the portal and their schedule is very favorable. USC is by far the toughest road game, but they get a bye the week before. They get Oregon late in SLC.
weren't they ridiculously young last year too?

SEC: Alabama
ACC: Clemson
Big 12: Oklahoma
Pac-12: Utah
Big 10: Wisconsin

Playoff: Alabama, Clemson, Oklahoma, Wisconsin

Media bias isn't ending against the PAC-12 any time soon. Unless UCLA and Oregon make big splashes to start this season in non-conf.

Mack has UNC primed for a run. Just not sure if its this year. That talent is going to be filthy in a few years. Wouldn't be surprised if it was this year though as the ACC is wide open.

Oregon beating Ohio State on the road would completely reshape the national outlook three weeks in.

Howell lost a lot of weapons. He’s good though.

ACC: Clemson
Big 10: Ohio State
Big 12: Oklahoma
Pac 12: Quack Attack
SEC: LSU

Clemson, Ohio State, Oregon, LSU make the CFP and LSU beats Oregon for the title.

ACC: Clemson
B1G: Wiscy
Big XII: OU
SEC: Georgia
Pac12: USC (beating UW in the CCG)

CFP: Georgia, OU, Clemson, Cincinnati
National champ: OU

Some uncertainty going into the season with all 4 playoff teams plus A&M breaking in new QB's (although DJ did start 2 games last year). I'm a little skeptical of UGA with all the injuries in camp but even if they lose to Clemson they have a very manageable path the rest of the way not having to play Bama, LSU or A&M. Then it would obviously come down to beating Bama or A&M in the SECCG.

I like UW to win the North since they don't have to play at Utah like Oregon does but most importantly they get the Ducks at home.

Regarding my Cincy pick: With their preseason top 10 ranking and a schedule that includes Indiana and ND I'm convinced they will make the CFP if they can run the table.

No chance that Cincy makes it into the CFP over a Conference Champion USC, that would also have to be ND and perhaps Oregon or Washington in the title game.

The Miami pick is interesting (pate picked them too) but King has the potential to be a real difference maker for them. That second game against App State is a dangerous one.

Fun fact: Miami is the only FBS school to play 2 Blue Devils this season
