Safe to say we all miss Tini's mom
Burrito gets a reminder every time he has to go.
I'm reminded of her every time I get that burning sensation . . .
How could you miss Tini's mom? She was huge.
I think CU would still be in Boulder.
Worse than Dan Hawkins?
There are so many teams I wish would take a flyer on old haLkins.
Alabama would be a great fit!
To be honest, I'm actually surprised the best he got was Cal Davis.
I don't think he would have kept it at the Mac level but the drop off wouldn't have been as great. Not only did you hire a coach with no experience but you also drove off all the long time assistants because of it. If Simmons is hired then most of the staff probably stays.
Whether or not that would have any impact on today....who knows. It was a long time ago and CU has never put money into the program, until recently, so a fall might have occurred eventually anyways.
