I feel like you over sold it.
What I think is great is that they're committing to social media now. The interview wasn't anything special. It's the medium that matters.

I'm not expecting these interviews to be mind-blowing-- mostly crap like "what's your favorite food?" That said, they might provide new insights into the personalities of the players, making them less one-dimensional. Which in turn can make it more exciting when they have success on the field.
Oftentimes, it's also more fun to learn about them directly in a video than to read about them second-hand in an article.
