Meh, teams will evaluate kids any way they can if they think they can help their team. Don't think this will accomplish anything. Maybe the league pays for combines and is trying to push some cost back to each team?

This says nothing about getting an education just that they need to be eligible. I mostly see this hurting kids like T. Pryor who break rules then bolt for the NFL. They should really do this for coaches. cough Chip Kelly cough....
