This has promise. For example I am hoping for a Naked Gun 44 1/4 in which a disgraced Officer Nordberg is in prison for a botched pursuit of a suspect in which his undercover Ford Bronco swerved and killed two pedestrians outside a Brentwood restaurant. A retired Captain Ed is able to get him a temporary release to help track down Frank Drebin's killer.
More to the point of this thread, though, I nominate James Earl "Boobie" Miles.
