-Interesting that CU, ASU, OSU and UW all go on the road to Big 10 schools + USC has Minnesota in the Coliseum.

-The Utes were barely able to beat a ****** Pitt team at home last year, they could easily go 1-2 OOC. ASU could easily go 1-2 as well.

-It's too bad Stanford - supposedly with one of their strongest teams ever - doesn't have a more appealing slate.

scheduling kudos go to:

- Colorado (obvious)
- AzState (2 bcs and a cupcake)
- Oregano (gawd, I hate to say that)
- OrgState (2 bcs and a cupcake)
- Washington (2 bcs and a cupcake)
- Utah (should we warn them about Montana St?)

scheduling manhattan ks style, or "Really? I mean, come on, really?":

- 'Zona (after the Stoolwater trip)
- Stanfordtree
- WashState

schedule might be interesting, or "This agreement looked better 5 years ago, when we signed it"

- fUcla (Houston, we have a problem)
- Cal (you shouldn't play a church)

Since u$c is on probation, I'm prohibited from commenting on that disaster.

Cal is playing Presbyterian only b/c the stadium is being renovated and the home games are at AT&T Park (home of the baseball Giants). Scheduling was a disaster and this was the only game available that worked with the Giants probable playoff schedule. It's tricky this year.

In our defense, we have an Ohio State home and home starting next year, and upcoming home and homes with Northwestern and Texas.

glad to hear it gets better

You can't rip on Pac-12 programs for scheduling a bunch of cupcakes like we used to be able to do with most of the Big 12 teams. They've been playing a 9 game conference schedule every year (even when an NCAA season max was 11 games) and they all still scheduled at least 1 tough non-con game a year.

On this issue, as with so many others, we are finally where we belong.
