*** Official 2015 Colorado @ Arizona Basketball Game thread ***

Need big time contributions from Gordon, Miller, and DT if we plan on keeping this close. Deathly afraid Tarczewski, Ashley, and RHJ may have their way with us in the paint.

Don't be afraid of it. Plan for it. It is going to happen. This game is going to be ugly.

It's not a CU athletic season without some sort of injury curse. Is it bad luck or do we not know how to deal with injuries?

Just get this over with and get them healthy. We need them for @ ASU/Washington.

Agreed - we have a better chance of W against those 2.

Tad is all about sacrificing this game to not **** up the ASU road win possibility. It's smart, but it also smarts to be in this position.

Gonna be ugly on the glass tonight. Even if Ski goes for 30, I don't see how our Buffs don't get overwhelmed.

And I'm sure tonight's announcers will have some opinions on things-

Dom, JHop, Wes, Tory...... Time to step up.
Worried a lot more about Jhop than the others. Zona is gonna be going for TO's nonstop. Besides, it's the forwards that are going to get a lot more minutes.

Gonna relax, pour a tall single malt, and watch this one with no expectations while hoping I get an amazing surprise.

Finally a game on the main ESPN so the whole country can watch......damn

As long as we look better than UCLA against Kentucky - yes my expectations are that low. That being said I am happy XJ and Scott are out, it is the right call and Tad is making decisions for the good of the season. I just hope the extra couple of days are enough to make a difference for those two.

Didn't think we could win at zona with all hands on deck. Now, just see if we can stay within 20.I hope scott and XJ can get back asap. Don't need these injuries lingering rest of the season.

AZ will be (justifiably) overconfident given all the Buff shortcomings (injuries, road record). If they take the night off it could be closer than expected. But the 'return from Oregon' might counter this advantage....

Tad hires a hypnotist and convicted ski that this is a tournament game. He drops a 50 burger.
