Just got back from Gameday, it was rocking. Incredible turnout from the students. I got right between Digger and Williams on every shot. Was impressed with the level of drunkeness from the C-Unit at 7am.

Ha I wish I was kidding. Most stayed up and did the bar crawl, and kept it up until they arrived at CEC. Its is why the second hour was not nearly as energetic, they really really started crashing. Until they started chowing down on some edibles during the camera breaks.

I see Mills is starting. I'll just say whatever Tad does I'll trust. 10 years ago when they started all seniors on Senior Day it was one thing, when we were playing for nothing, I want the team that gives us our best chance of winning today.

Believe me, ben will be fine. The place is going to absolutely go nuts when they announce him as a starter, and everyone else will feed off that energy. He'll probably come out at the first media TO - and it should be pretty tight still. They are a different team w/o ashley.

And I assume there's planned senior day activities afterwards -- don't forget to make plans to stay. I know this sounds corny, but I still recall fondly those moments years later -- even one at Duke following a Hokie loss.

Son and DIL coming to dinner after her being 2 months out of country -- wife plans dinner for tonight and there's no way I get out of it.

Good point on the crowd rocking, I'm sure he's not starting Mills just for the hell of it. My point being is Senior Day a decade ago is different than Senior Day today.

Not sure how big of a sports fan your wife is but it's so hard to explain this stuff to non-sports fans I find. "It's only a game"... this is the biggest game of the year, I would hate to miss a game like this. Family is important though.
