Join us for the 1:00pm kick off from At Folsom Field where the Buffs will try to repeat their improbable victory from last year year when teh Utes found out that you can't sleep on anyone in big-boy football. Here's hoping Jon and the boys can send us home with the same semblance of hope we had at the end of November last year.

I miss the feeling of a meaningful season end rivalry game. Now the only anticipation is whether some or all of the latest group of coaches will be fired. Yay team
 
I was going to watch but decided to do something with my family instead. I may watch the recording on my Dvr later.
 
abs didn't the buffs win last year? I know it is hard to do after this season, but you don't always have to use Buffs in conjunction with the word loss.

You are absolutely correct,i cut and pasted from last weeks thread to save time since the wife was yelling at me. I have updated the thread note to reflect correctly that big-boy football has been hard on the Utes.
 
Gosh I remember the days when I got on a plane Thursday to either Boulder or Lincoln..... When this day was so much fun.

Does anyone really feel that Utah is our rival?

This is the only drawback of our move to the Pac-12. I miss the CU/NU game, and feel like this is just another conference game for us.

I mean, BYU is UU's rival, and like it or not, CSU is much more our rival than UU.

I suppose maybe after about 10-15 years of this, this might feel like a rivalry, but I'm not so sure. I don't know if it will ever feel more like anything but another game.
 
Hard to get excited. I doubt the Buffs win. If they do, we are all but guaranteed another 12 games of Embo ball. I refuse to call what he has been doing Buff football. If we lose, slim chance the admin. pulls their heads out of their collective backsides and does something. If that slim chance occurs, there is an even slimmer chance they will effectively handle the problem, incompetence being the usual conclusion.
 
Well, I've been in Ruidoso the last few days having a great time. Should I **** it up by watching the game? Hmm. I'll say I shouldn't but know damn well I will, ugh.
 
Is this game available online anywhere? Pac 12 online or anything. We suck so bad that it looks as though comcast has dropped the game.
 
Worst nightmare is a Buff 3-2 win giving the Embree crazies the "proof" they want that this "rebuilding" is on the right track.
