His return against Oklahoma last Saturday was legendary.

Allegedly punching his pregnant girlfriend in the face and stomach on Thursday (and choking her)... not so much. Woman says she's having stomach pain and is concerned about the fetus.

He's a junior this year and was All Big 12. Will the NFL blackball him, given the recent issues? Will OSU allow him to stay?

Of course we don't know what happened, but his quote is very concerning under the perspective of recent headlines. It's like a woman pretending she was raped because she is trying to screw a guy over.

Hill, a 20-year-old junior, was arrested shortly after 11 p.m. on a charge of domestic abuse by strangulation and he allegedly told officers he was being arrested "for being black and she was white."

This would be about the worst year to go into the draft with that cloud hanging over your head. Public perception will be very negative.

Okla. Stat. Ann. tit. 20 § 644 states that any person convicted of domestic abuse committed against a pregnant woman with knowledge of the pregnancy is guilty of a misdemeanor and any person convicted of domestic abuse committed against a pregnant woman with knowledge of the pregnancy and a miscarriage or injury to the unborn child occurs is guilty of a felony, punishable by imprisonment for not less than 20 years. (2008 Okla. Sess. Laws, Chap 318, HB 1897)
