Once again, special teams did not suck.

Kickoffs out of the end zone most of the time. Decent punt returns - one where Spruce kept the ball from rolling an extra 20 yards by picking up the punt on the bounce. We didn't give up anything on st today.

Well, he played up on the one punt because they'd been kicking short all day. It sailed over his head and ended up being something like a 72 yard punt. That will really help the average.

Spruce let one go that I'm sure he would have liked to pick up. One also went over his head. Still, CSU was doing some things on special teams meant to create mistakes on our part, and we didn't make too many.
