One and done on the way out?

Be interesting if they did something like baseball. Eligible to be drafted right out of HS. If they don't sign then they have to play college ball for at least 2 years before being eligible to be drafted again.
That'd be a pretty reasonable approach, IMO.
 
I like the idea of go pro when you think you are ready ... the D League is there for those who are too optimistic about their prospects. The can develop in the D league to whatever potential that they have. This leaves college ball to be populated by players who want to be there, play ball and get an education. I don't like the two year rule as in baseball as much. But it would be an improvement over the current system that we have for basketball. .
