losing hope is like a hammer crushing your temples... its not like we didnt see hawkins getting fired but we had hope it would be sooner and with each passing day he remained... it sucked the souls out of us...
 
I think we're all grand fathered in on saying "**** you Huskers". Class of 2012 and beyond will have someone else. I intend to dislike Nebraska till I'm dead.
 
Wasn't a surprise, I wouldn't pass up 7.5 million to play college ball either. I think he would've been nuts to pass that money up and go to college period. Go give the pro's a try, if it doesn't work out, you can always give college a shot from there.
