You're sh!tting me. Seriously? I've heard of coaches getting pissed that the other team kept passing when the other team had the game in hand, but never when they were winning. What the hell did he expect them to do? Lie down and give up? Damn. What a douche.
 
His complaining is misplaced and I suspect this will cause Oregon to stop taking it easy on teams for a while. After the **** show yesterday, I doubt Oregon will call off the dogs for the rest of the year if they get up big. It always drives me insane how Oregon never lets their 2's and 3's actually run the real offense. I think Alliotti was just pissed at his defenses performance and directed it towards the wrong person. Leach is a douche, but he was just doing his job.
 
I wouldn't be pissed. I would be wondering why the other coach is such a moron. Having your starting QB throw 90 passes in a blowout loss is pretty dumb.
 
Absolutely BS that Oregon's DC thinks this, much less said it. Teams have the right to throw against Oregon with 2 seconds left regardless of whether the score is in reach. Who cares if Oregon's scout team is in.
 
Leach doesn't know how to do it any other way. That's why we got our only win last year.
 
so, Oregon was passing and running up and going for 2 against our hapless Buffs and that's ok, but passing when you are behind is "classless." got it. **** yourself with rusty spoon, duck-heads. I had no problem with Oregon's actions v. CU. you don't like it, stop it. but the hypocrisy of the Oregon dc is very special.
 
As if I needed another reason to despise the oregon team...

I also find zero rationale in WSU playing to the end a justification for oregon running up the score EVEN MORE than they already do.
 
How completely misplaced. A lot of people have issues with what Oregon does on a weekly basis (going for 2 early, going for it on 4th constantly, going hurry up when up by several scores).

Alliota needs to pay for better defensive players. His finesse defense will get abused by Alabama's NFL offense. Meanwhile, the pirate is busy building a program.

Actually the Oregon defense has been very good against the run this year so it is not a huge issue. The odd part is the defenses strength has actually been a weakness this year and under Aliotti this has happened a lot.
 
A Mike Leach coached team with a throw first offense? Whodathunk?

Meanwhile, Leach will look "good" in this situation, ****ty coaching and all. Must be nice.
 
I've never heard a guy complain about what the team that was behind in a blowout game was doing.

oregon is a bunch of punks and my most hated and least liked program in the country. They have surpassed nu due to, we don't play nu anymore so I could care less about them. + the way oregon goes about business. They go for two and try to run scores up as much and as fast as possible. Having a nu ex player calling their offense just adds to it all. screw oregon and I can not wait till the hammer falls on them. It will one day, it always does. SCREW oregon !

I'm not going to try to talk you out of hating Oregon. I hate Oregon too. However, I don't really blame them for trying to get as many points as early as possible. That's kind of the name of the game, no?

i have much hate. much hate. i hate all teams better than us. i hate all teams worse than us. i hate all teams equally sucky as us.

we need to start winning again. otherwise i might have to resort to botox to deal with my hate/anger lines. :rofl:
