I didn't think it deserved it's own separate thread, but I'm already excited about Gameday going to Seattle this weekend, this will make it even more interesting.

Some interesting games this weekend. Maybe nothing too interesting on the surface outside of Washington hosting Oregon, but there are a fair share of potential trap games this week across the nation.

Thursday's games:

#8 Louisville faces its first opponent with a pulse this season when Rutgers visits. Rutgers might not be anything great, but at 4-1 with their only loss being in the opening game by 1 point in OT at Fresno State, they're certainly a big step up over the Florida International, Temple, Eastern Kentucky etc. crowd that Louisville has been feasting on. Just a pathetic schedule for Louisville with Rutgers and UCF (both at home) being the only remote competition they'll face all season. A shame they aren't in the ACC this year (where they'll be in the Atlantic Division with Florida State and Clemson).

Arizona visits USC. It'll be interesting to see how USC responds in their first game since Kiffin was let go. Additionally, Arizona is still a bit of an unknown having played 3 sisters of the poor and then a 31-13 loss at Washington.

Air Force hosts San Diego State. Falcons are now 1-5 and still have to face Notre Dame next week. Still, the schedule lightens up considerably on the back end. If the Falcons lose this one, the bottom probably falls out. Win this one, and they might make a serious push for 6-6 by season's end. Army, New Mexico, UNLV, Colorado State is about as favorable a home stretch as you can get.

Haha, this should be interesting. Lane Kiffin needs to pursue a quiet NFL receivers coach job, not a media one.
