OK, in fairness I have taken a lot of shots to the head, so bear that in mind as I ask this.

If I get the Pac 12 network through dish am I able to watch pac-12 mountian on the app for the game saturday?

I do not have dish so I can't confirm with 100% certainty, but yes this should allow you to use the app.
