I think it's a solid idea. If they could wrap the ACC into a deal where the ACC plays the early games, the B12 the afternoon games, and the P12 the late afternoon, early evening games, it could make for a one-stop-shop for college football. Put it on a re-branded P12 network to televise all tier 3 games and you have a ton of content, and DTV would fall into line pretty quick.

I still like the idea of an A-B-C schedule. I just don't like CSU as the B. There are plenty of G5 programs that have scheduling benefits.

This would be great for us if we got to play a Texas school every year. If it's Iowa State, forget it. As far as next year's OOC, blame Bohn. He scheduled SJSU, and that series didn't go through....ergo the guarantee with TX State.

With the amount of staff and player turnover we're going to see from this year to next, the cakewalk OOC schedule is probably for the best. Getting to 7-8 wins should be the goal and expectation to continue this momentum.
