PAC 12 Scheduling and Altitude

Reading what Romar had to say about altitude got me thinking. Supposedly when you come to altitude from sea level, you are best off in the first 24 hours and are worst off some time between 48 hours and a week. In the Big 12 teams could just come to altitude the day of the game to help combat the effects of altitude. However, in the PAC 12 games are typically scheduled Thurs/Sat and you play the two travel partners the same week. With our travel partner also at altitude this could make for a larger home court advantage for both us and Utah in our second game of the week as that will probably be about 60 hours after the opponent initially got to altitude.

Silly boy, don't you realize that altitude has no effect indoors? Doc Sadler told us so, and it has to be true - 'cause he's a doctor ....

I recall Oregon State's coach trying to not blame altitude for CU's 83-57 win over the Beavers in last year's Pac-10/Big 12 Hardwood Challenge.

Sounds like we are going to kill WSU this Saturday.

As for the rest of the season, the team that visits CU after visiting Utah are:

Arizona
Oregon
California
