Bz had nothing to do with Roberson.
He was a Texas prep that Boyle's assistants knew of from all the connections they had made under Turgeon at Texas A&M.
Bzdelik was going "JUCO or bust" with his recruiting last year, except for a couple centers (1 committed to St. Louis, the other to New Mexico). His total focus was on loading up for this season without a thought to the following years because he was gone after this one. Wake just took him a year early.
