I feel pretty confident that the Top 4 will be Miss State, FSU, UO and Auburn in some order.

What's going to be very interesting is how they have all the 1-loss teams slotted in their Top 25.

I was sure the surging purple rain dogs would be included with that fantastic offense they run out every week. Destroying everybody they beat. They must be top 4!

USC sneaks in with 3 losses.

Your best 22 guys are as good or better than anyone else's best 22.

You guys would be no worse than #3 if you'd taken an east coast trip seriously, defended a Hail Mary and kicked a damn field goal on 4th & 4.

Our guys are all 5* recruits and we have the best play caller in the nation. We are also the most successful program on the west coast and have In-N-Out at our practices brah.

Auburn plays Ole Miss and Alabama

Oregon controls their destiny IMO

3 SEC teams in the top 4? Quelle surprise! :wow:

Not saying they don't deserve it ... at least for now.

For the 1-loss teams, t's apparent that they're more concerned about having quality wins compared to who was your 1 loss to. ND at 10 is the perfect example which is more of where they really should be at this point instead of on the fringe of the top 4.

If Utah didn't play the ducks until the CCG, they would have an outside shot at this thing too I think. They would have to run the table of course.

No Pac-12 team makes it (unless we sneak in with 3 losses).

1. Alabama
2. Miss St
3. LSU or Auburn
4. FSU (only if they win out)

I just realized that 1-loss Nebraska didn't make this Top 25.

In other news, my confidence in this selection committee is growing.

Any 1-loss Pac-12 team would make it. 12-1 with the SOS the team would have would get it there. Tons of football left to play.

Not bad, the sec has just started to eat itself. Pac needs to stop doing that at this point

Part of me is hoping that Stanford wins the Pac-12, LSU wins the SEC and someone like North Carolina runs the table to win the ACC.

I want chaos and loud calls for an 8-team playoff. Or, hell, go to 12 and give the Top 4 byes.

Either works for me. More football!

Not really concerned with the ranking this week. This system is going to be great for TV ratings so ESPN is going to get their money's worth. Kinda convenient that by placing both Auburn and Ole Miss in the Top 4 this week it essentially makes the Auburn/Ole Miss game this weekend a playoff elimination game.

Seems like the SEC is allowed to eat itself, the Pac isn't allowed to. The table's set for the SEC to get 2 teams in now, even with attrition.

And Sportscenter just went to their SEC Channel panel for their thoughts, including Finebaum of course.

+1. This year's polls and now the top 4 have really driven that point home. Really quite disgusting to me.

Surprised Dr. Tom didn't threaten a jihad.
