twssits coming... Patience
I did go to practice yesterday. Couldnt have been more than 20-30 people there. Definitely the least attended practice ive ever been to.
For a large part of the practice the both the offense and defense ran through a number of plays...kinda of a walk through style of practice for the spring game i assume. A couple noticeables who did not practice- Toney Clemons, DeVaughn Thorton.
After the first hour of running through these plays they did some actual game stuff together. Lots of 2 minute drill and special teams work. They worked on pooch kicks from around the 40...imo not a lot of confidence in Castor from 40+. also worked on punting from the endzone.
Embree and Bienemy were very intense. embree about blew his lid when the defense gave up a 4th and 19 from the offense 5 yd line or so. Embo called out Jerrod Darden, basically told him to make plays or go home. Yah darden dropped one past in the endzone but he also made some great plays right in front of me. I didnt think the trashing was warranted but what do i know.
The whole second half of the practice was basically 2 minutes drill. Hansen looked much more efficient than hirschman and brunett looked totally lost. IMO
That basically all i can remember, very intense practice. one last thing- olatoye and t smith both dropped easy picks and major made a great play to get a pick.
I didn't realize Embree was the yeller/screamer type. Not that its right or wrong. I just didn't realize that was his personality. But maybe he's kind of like a Marine drill sargeant. You know, tear 'em down and rebuild 'em into soldiers.

Congrats on your first post. It actually added something to the board. There are guys with over 1,000 posts who still haven't managed that. :wink2:
Thanks for the caution. We appreciate it. That said, it was an open practice. I had some stuff that I still didn't feel comfortable posting, so I put it in Barzil (members only place). Still not "private" but at least its not something other teams fans/coaches etc can see without going through some effort. And if you still feel weird about it, just don't post it. no worries.Thanks...I would have provided some more details on some specific things i saw but im not sure about the etiquette. Please educate.

Considering it was an open practice, you can post as much as you're comfortable with. As long as posting something wouldn't hurt the team or disclose an injury or something ahead of coaches/trainers being able to tell family, it's fair game.
you sure you were a salesman?
I agree with all. I am an asshole. What? Because I didn't jump him about club membership? Anyone who would do that to someone after 1 post is an asshole.
Seriously, though, I think it kind of sells itself over time since it's so cheap, you get a bunch of extra stuff, and most people who are club members would probably do it even without bennies... just as a donation to keep the site/internet community going.
