Problem with Mile High?

I just noticed that the Broncos are playing their final preseason game at Mile High the day before the CU-CSU game.

Isn't that a really bad thing for the field conditions? I thought the grounds crew needed like a week to fix the field after a football game, to avoid it being too torn up and causing problems like players slipping and getting injured?

Or is it just new turf that needs to be taken care of like that to prevent those type of problems?

What about getting there? What a hassle. Leave at 2 to get to stadium for 6PM kickoff.

There are lots of problems with Mile High. The condition of the turf is not among them. Both teams play on the same field.

True, but turf issues tend to hurt the faster team more.
