We welcome any and all harmed during the Karl Dorrell regime

The Colorado Buffaloes have a long, storied history of being bad. There were a lot of good players on those bad teams. When Coach Prime came to Boulder in 2022, he made a big show of trying to get out the bad. That led to large roster changes in 2022, which ended up being successful. Part of that change was some players caught up in the culling (Nikko Reed comes to mind). Jack Hestera is another one of those players that found success after leaving Boulder. So much so that he’s back, baby.

Jack left the Buffs in 2022 and played for the Charlotte 49ers, where he snagged 28 catches and 3 touchdowns. From there, he transferred to the Utah State Aggies, where the fighting Bronco Mendenhalls had a nice little year. Hestera grabbed 24 passes, with 4 touchdowns. He was a great slot receiver for the Aggies, and he figures to provide the same lift here.
