Frida is back!

At long last, legendary Colorado guard Frida Formann is back on the floor.

After her senior season was cut short by a fracture in her right foot, Formann will again be balling, as she was named to Denmark’s 3x3 National Team ahead of the FIBA Europe Cup.

CU’s all-time leader in three-pointers made, with exactly 300 makes from beyond the arc, will be taking her talents to the world stage. She won’t have to travel far, as the tournament will take place right at home for Formann in Denmark’s capital of Copenhagen.

Formann undoubtedly didn’t get the sendoff she envisioned for herself in Boulder. After being a key piece on CU’s back-to-back runs to the Sweet Sixteen in 2023 and 2024 and shattering nearly every three-point record in program history, Formann played in only 23 of CU’s 34 games, missing all of the Buffaloes’ games at the Big 12 Tournament and WBIT. Now, after her right foot has fully healed, the Forever Buff is finally back in action.

Good luck, Frida! We’ll be rooting for you!
