Re-ranking the 2008 recruiting classes

We can all agree that Oregon and Stanford have done pretty well the past two seasons, yes? Both went 1-1 in BCS bowls, which is pretty darn good. Yet neither was ranked in the 2008 recruiting rankings top 25, upon which the 2010 and 2011 seasons heavily relied. UCLA was there at No. 14. Arizona State was there at No. 17. And there was Colorado at No. 24. But no Oregon or Stanford. So it makes sense that when ESPN Recruiting re-ranked the 2008 recruiting class, Oregon's and Stanford's classes did much better with take two.
