Ozell Williams was the cheerleader that did the crazy amount of backflips back when that was the only highlight at a CU game.
He went on to become a tumbler for the Broncos and then this year took over coaching at East High School. He is now in hot water after a video surfaced of East cheerleaders forcing other cheerleaders to do the splits. If I recall he had a pretty cool story so I am sad to see him get roped into something like this.

He was one of my daughter's tumbling coaches; she wasn't a fan.
 
I don't know if "roped into something like this" is the right way to phrase it. The video shows him basically holding/pushing the screaming girl into the split position. Sounds like he was the issue here.

Who would have ever thought a guy could get in trouble for forcing a young girl's legs apart? What a weird world we live in.....
