CULVER CITY, Calif. – It happened in an instant, but Paul Richardson knew what he'd done. There was no doubt in his mind, or anyone else's.

A kick-return drill in spring practice last year ended his junior season, just like that. The Colorado wide receiver, whose prep career at Serra High in Gardena had been nothing less than spectacular, planted his foot in the ground running downfield. But it stayed there as he ran forward.

If Paul has a good season for the Buffs, he'll be headed for the NFL, not another school.

That's actually what I was getting at. And if he graduates early, which seems possible with that information about his school progress, it seems to me the bar for the season success = nfl would be lowered. Sorry for being so cryptic. I meant to not make it a big deal, which of course made it a big deal.
 
The objects of my man crushes have all fallen on bad fortune. I'm pulling a Costanza this year on PRich. Hate the guy.

After the electives part, I can't see PRich being back in 2014.

But at the same time, PRich's motivation to have a monster season is off the charts.
