RJ Smith

RJ is hitting 49% of his 3s, which is Blair Wilson-esque. The problem? There are seven — yes, seven!!!! — players that launch more shots on average than RJ. That has to change. I don't know why Smith doesn't shoot more, and shift over to a 3-and-D type role instead of a lead ball hander role -- he turns the ball over a lot.
