Rosen probably done for remainder of season

Is there any similarity to this and what Peyton Manning went through? I thought they always referred to Peyton's situation as a nerve issue in his neck.

Im not sure if it's the same thing, but I remember Peyton saying the Dr told him that he might just wake up one day and have his strength back. He also said that he may never get it back. That being said, Rosen being only sophomore and already having a nerve not firing in his shoulder can't be a great sign.

You have to wonder if this is career threatening.

Does this mean we have to put an asterisk next to the score when we scorch the Bruins?

UCLA is looking at 4-8 or maybe 5-7. I think Mora gets a pass for this year, but next year his seat will be getting a little toasty.

I feel badly for UCLA..not every team has a Steven Montez to rely upon.

But that's their burden to shoulder, not ours. ;)

ZIP IT!! Even without Rosen, UCLA is one of the most awesome teams in the Pac and we will be lucky to stay close. We are without all universe DE Derek McCartney and all universe kicker Diego Gonzalez. This will be an asterisk game for UCLA, for sure.

I hope I averted your damned jinx!

Pretty sure a win against a Rosen-less UCLA team puts CU at 7-2 and keeps them alone at the top of the South division, the same way a win against a UCLA team QB'd by Rosen would. Asterisk smasterisk

He may have been considering declaring for the draft after this season.

This almost certainly means that won't happen. If he gets healthy again he will need to come back for a season to prove it.
