The Dept of Education "investigation" isn't much - they are currently "investigating" 121 schools, including CU. That looks more like an article written by someone who thought "here's a new opportunity to bring up all these old stories again."
OTOH, it does look like a pattern is developing; if that continues, food cart may very well find himself in trouble.
