Moore is a young dude (36) who doesn't have a ton of experience, but being Harbaugh's guy seems to be working so far

Josh Gattis and Moore combined to co-OC a turnaround of the paltry Michigan offense last year culminating in a thrashing of Ohio St and Iowa, and to a lesser extent getting rolled by Georgia in the CFP

From what I can gather, everyone and their mother seems to think this was due mostly to Josh Gattis and not so much Moore, but Gattis is off losing to Middle Tennessee in Miami, so Moore may have been more vital than previously acknowledged.

Other experience is pretty lacking, dude is green, but sometimes the best just rise to the top quickly
