I am a big fan of The Process.

Meh - I'm not sure it works in every situation. Hawkins was a big "process" guy. Always harping on the little things, blah, blah, blah. His message got lost when it became obvious that he was a complete fraud. It's easy to teach the "Process" to guys who already have a winning attitude. To turn around a losing program, you need to start winning, then work on the little things.
